Your Discover Sailing journey continues as you master all of the fundamental dinghy sailing skills. You are now equipped to sail your dinghy on your own voyages of discovery

The course is run over four consecutive Saturdays using 3 man Corsairs, Lasers and Catamarans and on completion of the program you will have the skills to take out Dinghies and Catarmarans.Only $300 for 4 days.

 Activities covered on the program include:

• Rigging of the boat to suit conditions
• capsize recovery of an inverted boat
• sailing on trapeze
• Using a spinnaker and
• Advanced sailing theory 

Course Overview

This course focuses on sailing in stronger winds and introducing extra equipment like spinnaker and trapeze to leverage the full boat potential on the water.

Course Prerequisites

Water confident, and you should have the skills, knowledge and experience gained from the Start Sailing 2 course.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who wish to continue developing their sailing skills in dinghies. 

Course Outcome

You will gain your Better Sailing completion certificate.
