NOTICE OF RACE

SAILING INSTRUCTIONS

This will be an annual event on our racing calendar. Entry is restricted to female skippers only. Male crew are permitted, but the skipper must be female.

This is a 2 day event, however participation is up to you. You can register for 1 or 2 days of sailing.

Last year’s event unfortunately had to be cancelled due to changing Covid restrictions. We encourage you to register as early as possible to confirm event participation.

Notice of race:

Registration:

Adults: $70 each for 2 days or $40 for one day

Juniors: $45 each for 2 days or $25 for one day

Earlybird registration for this event closes on Firday 11th March 2022 at 12:00 noon. Late entry available until 10am 20th March with a $10 late fee. No event shirts available for late entries.

This is a 2 day event, however participation is up to you. You can register for 1 or 2 days of sailing.

Classes and Divisions:

These will be determined by entries received but are likely to be

Performance Cats,
Other Cats,
Performance Dinghies,
Other Dinghies.
Junior entries in Optis, Sabots and Bics.

Travellers:

For those travelling to the event, HYC is happy to provide overnight camping facilities on Friday (March 18th) and Saturday March 19th). Please contact the club at discover@hyc.net.au to reserve your place.
