Tackers at Humpybong is changing. After listening to feedback from parents, instructors and the kids we have decided to make some changes to our youth programs and this includes changes to how we run Tackers.
Starting January 28th we will be running Tackers on Sunday mornings for the first school term of 2018. Classes will run from 8:30 to 11:30 each Sunday to make the most of the lighter weather. We will offer all three levels of Tackers for 6-12 year old’s.
Our team of qualified instructors will keep the kids entertained and guarantee to leave them exhausted for the rest of each Sunday.
If your kids have already done the classes, please pass this on to your friends and family who might be interested.
Summer School Term 2018 – 28th January – 25th March
| Book Tackers 1 | Tackers One – Having FunIn the first course of Tackers kids sail in pairs in small boats. It’s a great way to meet new friends and kids have the chance to sail with others in their group. $300 for the eight weeks. |
| Book Tackers 2 | Tackers Two – Tricks and Techniques Once kids are feeling confident, they can sail a boat on their own with lots of support, supervision and encouragement from the Instructor and Assistant Instructors. This series of classes builds on the fundamentals learnt in Tackers 1. $300 for the eight weeks. |
| Book Tackers 3 | Tackers Three – Sailing Fast This is a chance for the kids to sail boats on their own, learning how to make the boat go faster and playing more games. $300 for the eight weeks. |
